Every prop, with a Matchup grade

Each NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL player prop gets a projection, hit rates over the last 5, 10 and 20 games, and a Matchup grade from A to E built from stats only. A strongly favours the over, C is neutral and E strongly favours the under, each with a one-line reason.

How to read a prop
2Grade Record

Every grade, kept and settled

Each live grade is frozen 6.5 hours before its game, with its line and reason, then settled on the official box score. Hits and misses both stay on the record.
  • Nothing can be edited or deleted after it's frozen
  • How often each grade's props went over and under
3House models

Rules with a record, not tips

A house model is a fixed rule applied to every game, like backing an NHL home team against a visitor on the second night of a back-to-back. Picks are published at least 6 hours before the game (3 hours for NBL) and locked, wins and losses alike.

A record that can't be rewritten

Most tipping services only show you the wins. On Summit every live grade and pick is locked in before the game, settled on the official result and kept, good weeks and bad.

  • Frozen before the game

    Grades are frozen 6.5 hours before each game; model picks are published at least 6 hours before (3 for NBL).

  • Settled on official results

    Official box scores decide every result, using the bookmakers' rules for who played.

  • Can't be edited

    The database won't let a frozen grade or published pick be changed or deleted. Losing runs stay on the record.

Questions, answered

Is Summit a bookmaker?

No. Summit doesn't take bets or hold money. You bet with your own bookmaker; Summit helps you research and keep track.

What does an A grade mean?

The stats strongly favour the over: the matchup ranks in the top 10% of props in that market. It's built from stats only, like recent form, the opposing defence, pace and role, never the odds. It isn't a call on the price or a promise of profit. E is the mirror image, for the under.

Does it cost anything?

Summit is free during early access. Premium features and pricing will come later, and we'll tell you well before anything changes.

Do you guarantee profits?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Good bets lose often, and past results don't predict future ones.
