Terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Summit. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Summit
You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to bet where you live. One account per person.
2. What Summit is, and isn't
- Summit provides sports statistics, analysis, model outputs and a bet tracking tool, for information and entertainment.
- Summit is not a bookmaker. We don't accept bets, hold funds or arrange bets with anyone.
- Nothing on Summit is financial, investment or betting advice, or a recommendation to bet. Decisions and their outcomes are yours.
- Past results, backtests and grades don't guarantee future results.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to keep odds, statistics and results accurate, but data comes from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price and terms with your bookmaker before you bet. We may correct data, including results, when we find errors.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or scrape or resell its content.
5. Acceptable use
Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish Summit's content or data, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Summit is provided “as is”, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know before they take effect.
